BCDC is a Certified Anger Management Provider that uses the Anderson and Anderson Model. Our program (BCDC) is based on the belief that our clients needs in acquiring skills for controlling their anger is of vital importance. This program is designed to help individuals recognize and manage their anger. Gaining a clear understanding of oneself will allow the individual to better control his/her anger using positive methods/tools in expressing themselves. BCDC focuses on teaching individuals how to understand anger and acquire skills to express anger in a healthy positive manner and eliminate the aggression and sometimes violence associated with anger. BCDC allows the client to explore their emotions and identify four basic principals in anger management which include: Communication skills, Anger Management, Stress Management, and Emotional Intelligence (Anderson and Anderson Model). This program is also excellent class for dating, married, and domestic couples.
BCDC is committed to meeting the clients needs. BCDC is located in Downey and services all surrounding cities. BCDC is a Certified Anger Management Provider (Court Approved). Ask about receiving a Certificate of Completion.
